My 10 yr old was driving us to her athletic practice down a highway, in an suv we had borrowed. She drove us off the road down into a ditch and flipped the suv. I jumped out safely and watched it flip, with her inside. Suv landed on its top. I flipped the suv over. All 4 wheels had popped off rims. I told my daughter to get in passenger seat and I backed the suv up a path into a parking spot in a park and the back end was still partially in a walking path. A few ppl were walking by and made a comment about that. I mentioned we'd just flipped the car and they apologized. I bought a joint to smoke and immediately put it out for fear of getting in trouble. Ialso found 2 one hitters (for weed) in my purse and immediately the them away while hiding the joint in my purse for later. We continued, on got to my daughters practice. After her practice we were walking out and another vehicle was there, beat up and being worked on. It drove away, being test drove. A cop drove up and that's when I mentioned my wrecked vehicle down the road. Cop said he knew about it, that it wasn't that bad but we should get checked out by medical. I agreed. My daughter then proceeded to share with the cop what had happened without telling him that it was her driving. I called my sister in law to tell her and she scolded me for not calling her for help, even though that's what I was doing. I kept thinking I just want to get home.
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your dream about driving with your daughter contains several themes and symbols that can be unpacked:

Substance Use: The presence of the joint and one-hitters may represent feelings associated with escapism or coping mechanisms. Your instinct to hide the joint could suggest feelings of guilt or fear of judgment, indicating that there are aspects of your life or choices that you might feel are inappropriate or unacceptable in the eyes of others.
Medical Examination: The suggestion from the cop to get checked out signifies the importance of addressing potential harms or consequences, both physical and emotional. It could underline the notion that it’s crucial to take care of yourself and your daughter after challenging experiences.
Communication and Support: The interaction with your sister-in-law points to feelings of inadequacy in seeking help. It may reflect your own struggles with asking for support when facing difficulties, highlighting a desire for understanding and connection.
